Consider learning Reiki 1 or Reiki 2 . Bring this beautiful healing modality into your life. Reiki helps to reduce stress and promote relaxation to trigger the body’s natural healing abilities . Reiki improves and maintains one’s wellbeing.
The practice is based on the idea the “Reiki”, which means universal life force energy, flows through all of us. If this energy is low, we are more likely to get sick or feel stress; but if that energy is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki can also enhance the healthcare of a patient receiving treatment, in a hospital or otherwise.
Our time together will be about understanding Reiki, its uses, receiving the attunements, and practicing Reiki. Please know as your Reiki Master teacher I am ALWAYS available for any questions and more practice. I do offer monthly Reiki shares as opportunities to practice and also receive Reiki.
Our training session is usually held on Saturdays from 9:30 to about 4:00. Please plan to arrive early to settle in because we will begin right at 9:30. A manual will be provided as a guide for your later reference. We will take a few breaks during the training and also have 45 minutes for lunch.
Below, I have enclosed some considerations you may want to follow prior to the Reiki training. It helps the mind, body, and spirit to open and be aligned for receiving the Reiki attunements.
The following is entirely up to you. But it does help you prepare for the attunement.
